After graduating from the Classical Gymnasium in Zagreb and the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb, he passed the Croatian Bar Exam. Following many years of work at a law firm, Toma established his own independent law office in Zagreb, where he also provides legal support as an external associate to the company Eurovilla.
