Sveti Petar na Moru, Biograd na moru – Project of residential units with an area of 55 to 80 m2

In the beautiful small town of Sv. Petar na Moru, a modern residential building with 9 residential units is being built, 180 m from the beach.

The apartments will be equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas. The bathrooms will have underfloor heating and the floor coverings will be made of laminate parquet or ceramic tiles. The windows are triple-glazed and the external insulation is made of 10 cm of polystyrene.
