Zadar, New building, Privlaka Nova

The preliminary project plans to build ten apartments in a residential and commercial building. Four residential units have their own entrance and vertical communication within the units themselves, they also have a common double staircase. The building was built in such a way that the two wings are interconnected by a double staircase through all floors. The design is modern with regular rectangular shapes in accordance with Mediterranean design elements and with imitation wooden panels. There are roof terraces on the roofs. Next to the residential building, there will be 20 parking spaces, access to the entrances to the residential units and six swimming pools.
