A new residential building project in Siget, in the immediate vicinity of the Fair.
The building consists of two expansion joints, each with a staircase and elevator, and an underground floor with parking spaces and garages. The energy class is A, which guarantees low energy consumption.
The construction is made of reinforced concrete slabs and walls, 18-20 cm thick interfloor panels, with additional soundproofing with plasterboard partitions. The flat roof is insulated with modern waterproofing foils and 20 cm thick thermal insulation, and the facade is in the ETICS system with 15 cm of thermal insulation and decorative plaster.
The apartments are equipped with high-quality electrical installations, a video intercom, an optical network and installations for TV and telephone. Heating and hot water are provided by gas condensing boilers, with panel radiators and digital thermostats, and additional comfort is provided by air conditioners. The bathrooms have "ladder" type radiators, while ventilation is provided by quiet fans and exhaust pipe systems.
The exterior joinery is PVC with triple-layer IZO glass, with electrically operated roller shutters and preparation for mosquito nets. The interior spaces and corridors are clad in stone and ceramics, the staircases have steel railings, and the lighting is LED.
The bathroom and kitchen equipment is of high quality, with connections for washing machines, built-in cisterns and I class ceramic tiles. The floors of the apartments are made of standard class oak parquet.
The building has two Schindler elevators, horticulturally landscaped green areas, asphalted access roads, and fire and security infrastructure (CO detectors, fire alarm control panel, preparation for video surveillance).
