Baška Voda, Bast, the villa extends over 323 m2 gross area, on three floors.

On the first floor (basement) there are: a garage for 3 cars or for 2 cars and a small boat, a wine cellar of approx. 30 m2, a storage room of approx. 15 m2, an elevator that goes from the garage to the upper floors, an internal staircase to the upper floors. Precisely because of the configuration of the terrain, the lands adjacent to the building are not suitable for construction due to the very steep mountainous terrain, and the lands north of the building have no access road, which guarantees the integrity of the building itself. There are no buildings in front of the building due to the strong slope towards the settlement and the extremely steep configuration of the terrain, which guarantees an unobstructed view according to the spatial plan. Peace in the building is ensured because there are no neighbors.

The distance from the beach and the center of Baška Voda is about 3 kilometers, and the distance from the highway is about 7 km.

The estimated deadline for the completion of the villa is the spring of 2024.
