The property consists of twenty rooms (two-bed, three-bed and four-bed), four studio apartments with a capacity for 2-4 people, two large apartments with a capacity for 4-6 people, a ski room and one large apartment on the ground floor of 130 m2, which consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, two living rooms and a private ski room. The large apartment is entirely made of glass and overlooks the track and was furnished in 2023. The total accommodation capacity is 70 people.
