This spacious agricultural plot allows for the construction of facilities for registered agricultural holdings, as well as the provision of hospitality and tourism services within a rural household setting. It is possible to construct one building, subject to the following conditions from the current spatial plan: the maximum building height must correspond to the height prescribed for a "low-rise" structure; the building may have a maximum footprint of 400 m² at ground level, with an additional 1,000 m² of basement space. The land is also suitable for agricultural activities. Access is provided via a road located directly adjacent to the property.

The island of Brač is well-connected to the mainland by several ferry lines. Škrip is located on the northern side of Brač, offering views toward the coastal town of Omiš and the city of Split.
