Description

In Jelsa on Hvar, on a land area of 7,000 m2, a settlement is being built with 12 luxury urban villas for individual sale and 2 buildings with 12 apartments. The settlement is 250 m from the sea and the town center.

Building A with 6 apartments will be built on a land area of 718.07 m2.

In the construction of the building, top quality materials are used and high construction standards are applied.

The building will be built in three floors (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor) with a flat impermeable roof and the wall insulation is made of 10 cm stone wool with a ceramic facade.

Apartment 3 with a net surface area of 64.16 m2 is located on the first floor of the building and consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a terrace of 12 m2.

In the interior, class 1 floor coverings will be used with underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and each room and living room will have an inverter smart air conditioner.

Special attention will be paid to careful horticultural arrangement.

The anticipated completion of construction and handover is 03/2026, so the buyer is given the opportunity to come up with individual design solutions and the details of the interior of the apartment with the technical support of the investor.

Due to its optimal location, the town is a fantastic starting point for exploring the island of Hvar and going on some unforgettable excursions. The whole atmosphere of the port of Jelsa is unique and special. If you are a fan of longer walks, you can walk along the promenade towards the beach towards Vrboska (4 km) or towards Mina beach (0.5 km). The coves and beautiful beaches around Jelsa are truly incredible. Along the coast you will always find excellent places for swimming and hidden coves lined with a beautiful fragrant pine forest.

Jelsa is a town with a rich history, the old town of Jelsa is mentioned in the Hvar Statute in 1331. Although the exact location and extent of ancient Jelsa are not well understood, the remains of the old protective wall can still be seen on the western side of the Gradina peninsula. Material remains from the Roman period prove the existence of settlements in the area of Jelsa. Several villas have been preserved in the area of Kutac, around Sv. Roka and in the bay of Crkvica from Sv. Luke. On the mountainside overlooking Jelsa in the south is the massive Tor fortress, which was a Greek observation post, and is located on an older Illyrian fortress (4th-3rd centuries BC).

If you are a lover of history and ancient architecture, Jelsa is the right place for you.
