The property is agricultural land 340 meters from the sea. It is located near the town of Blato and is north-facing. The plot offers a view of the Korčula channel and the island of Hvar. The plot area is 9318 m2 and is completely arranged with dry stone walls and there is an olive grove with 60 olive trees. The owner regularly takes care of the olive grove. There are also two dilapidated stone houses (baskets) on the plot that were built before 1968 and can be renovated. Each house has a floor area of about 20 m2.
