Istria, Marčana - in a quiet settlement of the Municipality of Marčana, 15 km from Pula, there is this traditionally built semi-detached stone house on a plot of 550 m2.

The investor wanted to keep the traditional look of the house, so all the windows-sashes will be wooden, in combination with the stone-clad house, to keep the true Istrian traditional flair.
