Istria, Medulin, the construction of a building with a total of three apartments, each apartment on one floor, has begun. The apartment on the ground floor with a net area of 115 m2 consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with a living room, a kitchen and even three terraces. Two bedrooms have their own exit to the covered terrace, and the third one is accessed from the living room. The area of the closed area of the apartment is 99.68 m2.

The apartment consists of one unit, which can actually be made into two apartments; one two-room apartment of 80 square meters and one separate studio apartment with a separate terrace. For such needs, a situation will be prepared in advance with all connections, a place for a kitchen, sanitary facilities and the like.

All apartments in the project will be of high quality, with PVC joinery, demit facade, anthracite joinery. Each apartment will have its own two solar panels for the needs of floor heating, which will be in the entire apartment. The apartment also has two parking spaces included in the price.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the 2023 season.
