Karlovac, Ilovac, warehouse - production hall 3800 m2 in a prime location, close to the highway entrance. Located on a fenced plot of 9150 m2.

It consists of an administrative building 210 m2, a gate 38 m2, business premises. 850 m2, a brick warehouse 650 m2, a prefabricated warehouse 2050 m2 and an outdoor covered area.

Ilovac is connected by local county and municipal roads to Karlovac and surrounding towns such as Ozalj. The most commonly used road to Karlovac is relatively short (about 10–15 km) and Karlovac can be reached quickly by car. The road network in the wider area is well connected to the main roads towards Karlovac, and through Karlovac you can reach the state roads and the A1 motorway (on the Zagreb–Rijeka route), which is an important north-south highway in Croatia.
