The property consists of three plots of agricultural land with a total area of 930 m2 located in the Bradat field, approximately 6.5 km from the center of Vela Luka. The plots are positioned in a flat part of the field, open equally in all directions and protected by a gentle hill on the north side. The distance from the sea is approximately 800 m. One plot has access via an asphalt road and in the last access section, approximately 100 m long, via a macadam road, while the other two have access via pedestrian paths. The plots are approximately 50 meters apart. The land has recently been partially cleared and is currently covered with wild vegetation and there are several old olive, fig and carob trees.
