The ground floor includes a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a wooden staircase on a reinforced concrete structure with a wrought iron railing.

On the first floor there is a hallway, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The house was built in 2015 and has been regularly maintained and renovated over the years. It is categorized for tourist rental, and special attention was given to cultural heritage requirements during construction.

It is built of stone and brick, with stone-framed doors and windows. New foundations have been constructed, along with a reinforced concrete water cistern with a capacity of 16 m³, a reinforced concrete slab with thermal insulation, and wooden flooring.

The ground floor features a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The ceiling has exposed wooden beams and wooden paneling. The roof is reinforced concrete with thermal insulation and a double-layer brick covering, while the upper floor features exposed wooden beams with spruce wood cladding, giving the space a distinctive Mediterranean atmosphere.

The stone façade has been completely renovated, and the joinery (windows, shutters, and doors) is made of Siberian larch. The internal staircase is reinforced concrete, clad in wood, with a wrought iron railing. All windows are fitted with high-quality mosquito screens. The interior combines natural stone, brick, wood, and white cement plaster.

The house is equipped for up to 4 persons and features an inverter air conditioning system for heating and cooling, as well as a TV and internet connection.

A water hydrofor system is located under the staircase, and wastewater is connected to the sewage system.
