Pula, Šijana - a project of 9 buildings under construction with a total of 35 apartments. Apartment S4 is located in building No. 1 on the second floor, oriented to the south-west and consists of: an entrance hall measuring 6.80 m2, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen measuring 32.31 m2, loggia 5.83 m2, covered terrace 7.36 m2, storage and two parking spaces. The total area of the apartment is 103.28 m2.

The interior decoration will meet the highest construction quality criteria as well as a high energy certificate: thermal facade, multi-level heating and cooling system with inverter air conditioners in the living area of the apartment and in all rooms, high-quality Italian ceramics and first-class laminates, entrance security doors, residential carpentry made of high-quality PVC profile, glazed with double IZO glass filled with argon, electric underfloor heating in bathrooms, etc.

Green areas and planting of traditional Istrian varieties of plants (rosemary, olive, laurel, etc.) are planned in the construction environment.

The completion of the project is expected at the end of 2023.
