We present to you a multi-apartment family house located in a quiet residential location in Rovinj. It is located on a plot of land measuring 450 m2, and extends through the basement, ground floor, first and second floors.

The basement is used as a storage space and there is also a spacious garage. On the ground floor of the house there is an entrance hall that leads to a spacious apartment of about 90 m2, consisting of an entrance, hallway, kitchen, living room and dining room, bathroom, two bedrooms, terrace and access to the garden. We climb the stairs to the first floor where there are two apartments (55.05 m2 and 50.30 m2). Each apartment consists of an entrance, bathroom, living room, kitchen and two bedrooms and a terrace. We climb the stairs again to the second floor where there are two apartments (58.50 m2 and a 30 m2 studio/room). One apartment has the same layout as the apartments on the first floor, while the other consists of an entrance, bathroom and open space concept room.

Heating is central, via radiators (fuel oil). Additional air conditioners in the apartments. PVC joinery with double ISO glazing. The house was completed in 2018 and the roof was also renovated on that occasion.

The house is used for business purposes. The apartments are rented out for tourist purposes and thus generate income.
