Saborsko is a municipality and settlement in Karlovac County, located in Gorska Hrvatska, on the edge of Mala Kapela, not far from the border with Lika-Senj County. A mountainous and forested area, with clean air and abundant nature. Surrounded by dense forests, karst terrain and water sources; close to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It lies along the state road D42, which passes through the town and connects it with other settlements in Gorski Kotar and Lika. The D42 leads to Ogulin, Plaški, Josipdol and Vrbovsko, and with them it connects to the A6 (Kobe-Rijeka) and A1 (Zagreb-Split) motorways.
