In the vicinity of Trogir, in Seget Vranjica, there is a detached apartment house available for long-term rental (minimum one year). It is divided into twelve residential units (one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments).
The maximum capacity is 50 people (with the possibility of + 4 thanks to the beds in the living room of the three-bedroom units).
The price per person is 250 euros per month, and it includes the costs of electricity, water, municipal waste disposal and internet.

Everything was completely renovated a few years ago and is fully functional.
There is outdoor parking for several cars next to the building, as well as a terrace with a barbecue.
