Šipan island - Šipanska Luka, building land of 2400 m2 located 350 m from the sea and the centre of Šipanska Luka.

The land belongs to the M1 - predominantly residential zone and has dimensions of 60 meters wide street front with 45 meters deep land. On an elevated position, with a view towards the sea on a sloping ground; maintained olive grove in its current form.

The island of Šipan is the largest and farthest island from the city of Dubrovnik in the Elaphite Islands group, and the island can be reached by ferry and passenger ship. It is located about 7.6 Nm northwest of Dubrovnik, on the island there are two larger settlements Šipanska Luka and Suđurađ, connected by a road that leads through the fertile Šipansko polje.
