Tribunj, a stone house near the sea is located on a small picturesque island in the center of the old town, which is connected by a bridge.

The house was built in the seventies on the site of a stone ruin and was used as a family summer cottage. It consists of three floors connected by an internal spiral staircase with a total living area of 60 m2, each floor covers about twenty square meters.

From the street, you enter the living room and kitchen, you climb the stairs to the first floor where there is a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor – the attic, is the studio space.

Thanks to its location, the house has great tourist potential.
