A residential building with 24 apartments is being built in the popular resort of central Dalmatia, Okrug Gornji on Čiovo, within walking distance of the 370 m beach.

The building is built on 5 floors (one underground floor and four above-ground floors) with a usable roof terrace that belongs to the apartments on the last floor. The facility will have an elevator.

Apartment S5 on the ground floor (marked as basement in the project) facing east consists of an entrance area of 1.4 m2, a living area of 21.5 m2 (kitchen, dining room and living room), a bedroom of 10 m2, a storage room of 2 m2, a bathroom of 3.5 m2 and a covered terrace of 16.5 m2.

All apartments will be equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning in the living area and one bedroom, and the floor coverings will be made of first-class ceramic tiles. The windows will be made of PVC with mosquito nets and electric shutters, and the external facade insulation will be made of 10 cm thick polystyrene.

During the construction phase, it is still possible to arrange interior decoration. One outdoor parking space is planned for each apartment on the ground floor. The expected start of work is summer 2026 and move-in is early 2028.

Reservations are currently being accepted, and a preliminary contract will be signed after the start of work.

Payment method: reservation min. 5,000 euros / 30% upon signing the preliminary contract / 30% after completion of construction works / 15% after completion of the facade / 15% after completion of the interior / 10% after obtaining the occupancy permit.

As the island of Čiovo is a kind of extension of the city of Trogir, it offers a wealth of opportunities for rest, recreation and swimming, as well as sightseeing of numerous historical monuments. Mediterranean vegetation, an archipelago with small picturesque islets, mild climate and beautiful beaches in secluded bays make this place a desirable destination for living and vacation.
