The property also has its own substation with 500 cubic meters of leased power out of a possible 900.

The remaining uncovered area of 16,000 m2 consists of parking spaces and open warehouses.

Vojnić is a municipality and settlement in Karlovac County, located south of Karlovac. The state road D6 passes through Vojnić and connects it with Karlovac to the north and to the south with Glina and the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the main regional road on which most traffic is carried. The nearest A1 motorway (Zagreb-Split) is accessible via the Karlovac junction, approximately 30-31 km north of Vojnić. This provides relatively easy and fast road access to larger cities such as Zagreb or Dalmatia.
