The entrance is through the hotel reception where there is a spacious and bright lobby from which a staircase leads down to the room. The room has a king-size double bed, a work/writing desk, a TV, a mini fridge, a seating area and, at the tenant's request, an additional bed, and a private bathroom with a corner bathtub. The room opens onto a beautiful terrace shaded by bamboo trees. It is possible to use the kitchen and restaurant table for an additional fee. The hotel lobby is under video surveillance.

Parking is available on the street for a fee (zone I), and the bus stop is a minute's walk away.
