The washbasins and bathtubs follow the same quality standard, with the option of a walk-in shower with a Geberit CleanLine channel. All apartments are equipped with mixers from renowned manufacturers such as Ideal Standard, Hansgrohe or Grohe.
Electrical installations include Vimar modular equipment, electric roller shutters, a color video intercom at the entrance to the building and apartment, fans in rooms without windows, and external sockets on loggias with appropriate weather protection.
The interior joinery by the Austrian manufacturer Kunex comes in white, with 210 cm high doors and stainless steel fittings. The exterior aluminum joinery by Vicona is equipped with roller shutters and mosquito nets on all openings, with electric control, and stone interior and aluminum exterior sills. Sliding aluminum shutters are provided on the loggias and balconies (except on the top floor) as sun protection.
