BREZOVICA 1 - luxury row house project

Location and concept

A new residential project is planned to be built in a quiet location in Zagreb's Brezovica, which includes eight luxury terraced houses. The project is designed with an emphasis on functionality, energy efficiency and construction quality, while preserving a peaceful and green environment suitable for family life.
Each house has its own garden and associated parking spaces, which ensures a high level of privacy and comfort.

Construction and building

The houses are built with a masonry structure with Knauf partition walls and external thermal insulation (thermal facade) made of 10 cm thick polystyrene.
The project is designed in accordance with current regulations on energy efficiency and modern housing standards.

Joinery and equipment

PVC joinery with triple-glazed glass and electrically operated roller shutters will be installed, which achieves high thermal and sound insulation.
Heating is provided by a heat pump with underfloor heating throughout the house, and an inverter air conditioning unit is provided in the living room.
The bathrooms are equipped with first-class ceramics, while parquet is planned in the other rooms.
During the construction phase, buyers are given the option of choosing floor coverings worth up to €20/m².

Layout and functionality

The houses are organized on two floors - ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor has an entrance area, a toilet, a storage room and an open living area with a kitchen and dining room that has access to a terrace and garden.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, with an optimal layout that allows for a comfortable family stay.

Construction deadlines

Start of work: March 2026

Completion of work: May 2027

Financing

Purchase via a housing loan is possible.

Location and infrastructure

The project is located in an extremely quiet, but well-connected location in Brezovica.
All essential facilities necessary for everyday life are nearby: school, kindergarten, shop, pharmacy and public transport.
The surroundings are characterized by greenery and family houses, which further contributes to the quality of housing.
