Description

The project is located in the tram zone, in one of the most attractive locations in the wider city center, with excellent transport connections and all the amenities necessary for quality everyday life in the immediate vicinity. The building consists of a total of 30 apartments, as well as business premises on the ground floor, designed and built according to high standards of modern construction.

The project of high-quality architecture and the highest standards of construction, a combination of luxury and tradition of Zagreb residential architecture, is a perfect example of modern interpolation.

The residential units, designed according to the "smart home" principle, are oriented south and north in the street building. In the courtyard building, many of them are oriented on three sides. Large-format windows, loggias, balconies and terraces within each unit achieve optimal daylighting. All residential units contain associated outdoor spaces that are particularly luxurious on the ground floor - horticulturally landscaped gardens. An elevator enables direct communication between the garage and residential units.

The reinforced concrete structure of the building is dressed with a composite system for thermal insulation with fine, high-quality plaster or cladding. The openings on the facades are glazed with IZO glass, with associated roller blinds or harmonic heaters.

The metal cladding of the balconies, loggias and terraces exudes an impression of transparency and airiness. The interior floor coverings are made of high-quality three-layer oak parquet and first-class porcelain tiles, the exterior floor coverings are made of stone slabs, and all bathrooms are equipped with first-class ceramic sanitary equipment.

Each apartment is equipped with central radiator heating and hot water preparation via a heat boiler. Cooling is also individual, via indoor and outdoor air conditioning units.

The planned move-in is scheduled for March 2028.
