According to the urban plan, the construction of 32 villas is planned. A location permit has been obtained for the entire project, currently 9 building permits have been obtained, the construction of 4 villas has begun, for which the foundations have been laid.

Based on the building permit, an internal road was built with the associated infrastructure (water supply, drainage, electricity, telephone).

The municipality of Kršan itself is well connected by transport and within a radius of 50 km there are Labin, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula, Rovinj, and the Učke Nature Park is 2 km away.
