The project was conceived in the original style of stone Istrian villas where you can enjoy nature in peace and greenery, yet so close to a small autochthonous place far from the usual hustle and bustle of larger tourist towns. The project was designed in the traditional style of old Istrian villas. This means that the architecture of the villas fits into the landscape of Istria, where the houses are wide and the maximum height is ground floor + one floor. The leading idea of the project is to enjoy peace and green nature away from the noise of the usual tourist places and at the same time near the small city center where all the usual facilities are available.
