On the ground floor there is one bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a spacious living room with dining room and kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, two of which have access to a shared balcony and a bathroom.
In its exterior part, the house has a separate garage for one car, and the rest has been converted into a gym. An outdoor pool with a sunbathing area, garden, fireplace and gazebo guarantee enjoyment in peace during the winter months.
