The luxury villa with a swimming pool is spread over a fenced plot of 1600 m2, which ensures privacy, and is equipped with wellness and sports facilities. The villa, with a living area of 280 m2, consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and on the ground floor there is a large living area with a superbly equipped kitchen and dining room.

The wellness area includes a gym and sauna, and the outdoor pool is heated with hydromassage jets.

The landscaped garden, the associated well-maintained vineyard and Mediterranean plants are an authentic experience of the true Dalmatian climate, and the surveillance system, alarm and safe guarantee security.

Utilities are not included in the rental price, and a deposit is required.

The villa is surrounded by nature in a very quiet location and only a twenty-minute drive from the city of Split.
