Ogulin is a small town in central Croatia, located between Karlovac and Lika, at the transition from continental to mountainous landscape. What makes it special is the combination of a strong history, unusual nature and a rich cultural story.

The natural environment is one of the greatest values of the city. Above Ogulin rises the Klek mountain, known for its recognizable shape. The surroundings are full of forests, hiking trails and fresh air, making it ideal for excursions and spending time in nature. The city itself is quiet and compact — there is no big crowd or hustle and bustle, and everyday life takes place at a slower pace. It has basic infrastructure, schools, sports facilities and everything needed for a comfortable life, but it retains the feeling of a smaller place where people know each other.
