As part of the new development, a residential building with five residential units is planned. The irregular-shaped building, measuring 24.31 x 9.54 m, with a total floor area of 172.31 m², consists of a ground floor, two floors and a front terrace on the second floor. The entrance is located on the southeast side, and the layout of the apartments is organized so that there are two residential units on the ground floor and the first floor, while there is one apartment with an accompanying terrace on the recessed second floor.

The load-bearing structure is planned to be made of reinforced concrete with strip foundations, interfloor and roof slabs. The facade is constructed in the ETICS system with thermal insulation made of mineral wool with a minimum thickness of 15 cm and a final finish with silicate plaster. The exterior joinery is planned to be made of PVC or aluminum profiles with double or triple IZO glass, and roller shutters are provided for sun protection.

The interior partition walls are constructed in a plasterboard system, while all walls and ceilings are finished with plastering and painting. The kitchens are covered with ceramic tiles, and the interior doors are made of solid wood or in combination with glass. The floor coverings are planned in parquet or ceramics, depending on the purpose of the space.

The building is designed with complete thermal, hydro and sound insulation. The roof waterproofing is carried out with bitumen strips, while the thermal insulation is planned with mineral wool or XPS boards with a minimum thickness of 20 cm. All residential units have natural lighting and ventilation.
