Description

Zaprešić, ROH BAU commercial space 516 m2 on the ground floor of a residential and commercial building built in 2025. It currently consists of open space and is adaptable in terms of layout. The main electricity connection with the corresponding meter has been brought into the premises. The leased electricity is 40 kWh. Also, above the entrance door of the business premises, an electrical connection has been made for powering advertising signs.

Ventilation

Preparation has been made for a forced ventilation system for the business premises, with a connection point for a damper on the facade of the building.

An individual solution has been planned for each business premises, with the possibility of placing external air conditioning units on the rear facade of the building.

Joinery

Exterior joinery has been installed. The entrance to the business premises is via a sliding door with a clear width of 170 cm and a height of 220 cm. A clear door with a clear width of 195 cm and a height of 215 cm has been installed on the rear side of the premises.
