Zagreb, Kuniščak Residence - a modern new residential building project

A modern new residential project is being developed in the quiet and urban location of Kuniščaka, which includes a total of 38 functionally designed apartments. Completion of construction is planned for spring 2027.

The building was designed with an emphasis on construction quality, durability of materials and a high standard of living. Aluminum joinery with three-layer insulated glass from Schüco is being installed, including large glass walls and tall windows with low parapets. The roller shutters are electrically operated, with internal stone and external aluminum sills. The entrance to each apartment is secured by a burglar-proof door.

The sanitary facilities are equipped with first-class ceramic tiles, installed up to the ceiling, using ceramics from renowned manufacturers. The bathrooms include quality sanitary equipment and shower or bathtub solutions (shower, bathtub or walk-in), depending on the type of apartment.

Heating is provided by water underfloor heating connected to the heating plant via individual thermal substations (ITPS), which allows separate regulation of the heating temperature and domestic hot water in each apartment. The bathrooms are additionally equipped with “ladder” type electric radiators with digital thermostats.

Ventilation of the sanitary rooms is ensured by low-noise fans, while a separate exhaust pipe system for each hood is provided for the kitchens, carried out to the position of the stove according to the project. Air conditioning is provided by a system manufactured by Daikin, with outdoor units located on the roof of the building and indoor units in all main rooms.

The floor coverings in the living areas are made of top-quality finished parquet, in accordance with the concept of durability and comfortable living.
