Buyers will be offered three ceramic variants worth up to 35 EUR/m², and all additional selection and possible changes are possible through the company F.I.C. d.o.o., which provides salon selection of materials and installation.

Interior room doors are planned by the manufacturer RV Križevci, while the entrance doors to the apartments are burglar-resistant doors by the manufacturer Kolnoa, equipped with the Mul-T-Lock locking system, which ensures a higher level of security.
