VENTILATION with heat recovery and automatic air humidity control and air purification, and such a solution results in the fact that windows do not need to be opened in critical periods such as hot summer or cold winter days, and thus their own energy sources are not lost, but by preserving this energy, perfect air circulation with ideal humidity in the apartment is achieved.
HEATING AND COOLING - Ecologically conscious heating and cooling via a heat pump has also been implemented, which, given the above-mentioned 60% better building physics and ventilation with a heat recovery, allows for greater energy savings. Preparations have been made for the installation of a solar photovoltaic electric cell, thus becoming a completely energy-independent facility.
