ANTI-SEASONIC FOUNDATIONS - eighteen piles were built under each building at a depth of 7 meters, which provide security to the foundation of the building. They are incorporated into the lattice reinforced concrete structure of the building, which is more flexible by its nature than the fully reinforced concrete monolithic structure that is the standard in Croatia.
FACADE (external envelope of the building) - is constructed with environmentally friendly materials, i.e. the so-called smart wall, which results in a reduction in the consumption of concrete, which is the biggest polluter of nature, and also provides an unhealthy living environment, and thus we achieve 60% better building physics than the best standard construction methods in Croatia.
VENTILATION with heat recovery and automatic air humidity control and air purification, and such a solution results in the fact that windows do not need to be opened in critical periods such as hot summer or cold winter days, and thus their own energy sources are not lost, but by preserving this energy, perfect air circulation with ideal humidity in the apartment is achieved.
HEATING AND COOLING - Ecologically conscious heating and cooling via a heat pump has also been implemented, which, given the above-mentioned 60% better building physics and ventilation with a heat recovery, allows for greater energy savings. Preparations have been made for the installation of a solar photovoltaic electric cell, thus becoming a completely energy-independent facility. Underfloor and ceiling heating, as well as ceiling ventilation and cooling, have been designed in the apartments.
JOINERY - is at the highest level in terms of thermal characteristics. It is made of aluminum/wood profiles. The glass is safety, burglar-proof and triple-layered – external and internal laminated glass, each 8 mm thick and the central 6 mm. Automatic lift-and-slide walls are low-floor. All joinery has safety locks for child protection, with built-in mosquito nets and electric insulated shutters.
