A project for a modern new residential building constructed in reinforced concrete construction with monolithic interfloor slabs. The partition walls are made according to the Knauf system with mineral wool filling, and the walls between the apartments are additionally thermally and sound-insulated. The building is designed with a flat, impassable roof in a multi-layer design and an ETICS facade with 15 cm thick mineral wool and a final layer of silicate plaster.
