Building T1

A project of a modern new residential building constructed in reinforced concrete with monolithic interfloor slabs. The partition walls are made according to the Knauf system with mineral wool filling, and the walls between the apartments are additionally thermally and sound-insulated. The building is designed with a flat, impassable roof in a multi-layer design and an ETICS facade with 15 cm thick mineral wool and a final layer of silicate plaster.

The external PVC joinery is equipped with thermally insulated electric roller shutters, sliding walls and mosquito nets on all openings. The internal joinery is made of wood, with soundproofed doors and hidden hinges, while the entrance door is burglar-proof, fire-resistant and soundproofed.

The common parts of the building include a granite-clad entrance and staircases, video surveillance, and a separate gas, water and electricity meter for each apartment with the possibility of remote reading. The environment includes asphalt and concrete driveways, horticulturally landscaped green areas, decorative lighting and a separate space for waste storage.

The apartments have a ceiling height of 260 - 270 cm in the living areas and 250 cm - 260 cm in the bathrooms and hallways. The sanitary facilities are equipped with quality appliances from world manufacturers such as GROHE and TECE, with flexible waterproofing, class I ceramics and underfloor heating. There is a choice between a bathtub or shower with tempered glass screens. The floors of the apartments are covered with multi-layer oak parquet, while the kitchens, bathrooms and loggias are made of ceramic tiles.

Heating and hot water preparation are provided via condensing gas boilers and underfloor heating in all rooms, with thermostats in each room. The apartments will be air-conditioned with inverter air conditioners (multi-split system). The ventilation of the sanitary facilities is solved with low-noise fans, and the kitchens have exhaust systems.

The electrical installations include a color video intercom, LED lighting, a cat 6 computer network, sockets for TV and Internet in every room, and electric blinds. All bathrooms have additional connections and lighting adapted to modern standards.

The investor provides a 10-year warranty on construction and waterproofing, on other works for 2 years, and on equipment and devices according to the manufacturer's warranty. Special attention was paid to the selection of materials and execution, whereby only high-quality and proven systems were used, which ensured durability and a high standard of housing.
