Samobroski breg, building land in an excellent micro-location directly near Samobor.

It consists of a building area of approximately 900 m2 and approximately 468 m2 of forest.

It is possible to build a residential or residential-commercial building, auxiliary buildings (garage, woodshed, storage), economic buildings (agricultural buildings, livestock housing, beekeeping, etc.) and a substation.

The minimum plot area is 400 m² for free-standing construction (min. width 14 m), 350 m² for semi-built-up (min. width 12 m) and 250 m² for terraced construction (min. width 6 m). The maximum floor plan development is 30%, or 40% for terraced construction.

There are kindergartens, schools and free public transport nearby, while Samobor is only a 10-minute drive away, and the center of Zagreb is approximately 30 minutes away.
