Luxury villa 80 meters from the sea in Brna Bay, newly built according to the architectural concept of the famous Croatian architect Igor Franić. The villa was built with special attention to every detail, carefully designed to blend in with its modern style into the natural environment and at the same time provide maximum comfort and luxury to the owner.

The property is built on a plot of 525 m2, is south-facing with an unobstructed view of the entire Brna Bay and the open sea. Access to the house is provided by an asphalt road. The entire area of the house is fenced and accessed from the road level through a courtyard gate, thus ensuring the privacy of the owner.

Underfloor heating has been installed throughout the building, and the lighting is solved with a magnetic-rail system. In addition, the house is fully air-conditioned, and all systems are controlled with the help of an integrated tablet interface.
