The interesting and attractive Crikvenica Riviera always has something to offer its guests. From numerous tourist facilities, restaurants, cafes and night outs to long sandy beaches. In the hinterland of Crikvenica, only 3 km away, there is the quiet village of Grižane, which, due to its pleasant climate and natural environment, provides an ideal escape from the hectic lifestyle.

We offer two beautiful houses just a few minutes' drive from Crikvenica. The main house is divided into two floors (ground floor and first floor), or two apartments. The smaller apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The larger apartment is located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet and an open space kitchen, dining room and living room that opens onto a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue. The house also has an overflow pool with a sunbathing area.

Separately, there is an auxiliary building (house) consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and an open floor plan dining room. An integral part is the gallery above the bedrooms where several more beds can be accommodated.
