Dubrovnik - This is the upper part of a stone palace that stretches over five floors within the walls of Dubrovnik, in the core of the city. This area is a protected cultural monument and is under the safeguard of UNESCO.

The building offers views and openings on three sides (north, south, and east) and is exceptionally located near the main street, Stradun, with convenient access and no stairs.
