Dubrovnik, is a two-story apartment with a closed area of 170 m2 consisting of the 1st floor and the entire attic together with a garden of 200 m2 in an exceptional location 400 meters from the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

The stone villa was built in the 20th century from a concrete structure covered with a stone facade, and the apartment was completely adapted in such a way that the support beams were replaced, a reinforced concrete blanket was made for the 1st floor and the attic, the roof circle along with a new roof construction with 20 cm insulation, pre-installation for 5 air conditioners with an outdoor unit, complete carpentry changed with new REHAU windows and shutters installed.

According to the project, an entrance hall, a large bathroom with a toilet, a storage room, a kitchen, and a dining room with a large living room are planned on the first floor. In the attic, there would be 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
