The apartment is available from November 4th.

The apartment consists of an entrance area, a bathroom, an open space concept for the kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as a bright and spacious bedroom.

Equipped with all household appliances such as an oven, induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

For cooling, air conditioning units are used, while a Norwegian radiator can be turned on to heat the apartment.

Smoking is prohibited. Pets are allowed on request.

Utilities are not included in the rental price. Signing of the rental agreement and deposit is mandatory.
