Zagreb, Zapruđe, a spacious one-room apartment located on the first floor of a skyscraper designed by architect Slavko Jelinek, and built by the renowned Zagreb company Industrogradnja in 1967. The building has an external thermal facade with thermal insulation and PVC carpentry. Distributors, heat meters with remote reading and thermostatic valves are installed in the radiators.
