ISTRIA PARTNER is a local Umag-based agency specialising in professional property management, maintenance and holiday rental management for villas, holiday homes and apartments throughout Istria. Operating since 2004, the agency provides year-round local support, making its services particularly relevant for owners who do not permanently reside near their Croatian property.
Property management services can include regular interior and exterior inspections, technical checks, coordination of cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, minor repairs, utility meter readings, administrative assistance and owner reporting after each visit. Different service levels are available, ranging from regular property supervision to comprehensive management and rental support.
For properties used as holiday rentals, the team can manage reservations, guest communication, check-in and check-out, maintenance coordination and owner reporting. Its combination of local presence and full-service management makes ISTRIA PARTNER particularly suitable for owners of villas and other premium properties in Istria who want reliable oversight of their home while living abroad or away from the region.
