Kreativni Domovi specialises in complete apartment and house renovations, with the ability to manage projects from the initial concept through to a fully completed interior. Services include planning, design, project documentation, cost estimation, construction coordination and final execution, allowing clients to manage the entire renovation through a single point of contact.
For turnkey renovations, the company takes responsibility for scheduling, contractor coordination, procurement and delivery of materials, as well as demolition, installation and finishing works. In addition to construction, the team provides professional support with technical issues, repairs, design and supervision, which can be particularly valuable in complex renovations and older properties.
The company was founded by two civil engineers with experience in design, supervision and energy certification. This combination of technical expertise, project support and complete execution makes Kreativni Domovi particularly suitable for owners of apartments, houses and premium properties looking to modernise their space without coordinating multiple contractors independently.
