Dubrovnik area - the place of Brsečine, an exclusive project of 2 luxury villas with a swimming pool and a panoramic view of the sea and the Elafite islands.

The villas are designed to represent modern architecture, its idyllic landscape, and tranquility, and each has 300 square meters of the meticulously designed interior, complete with an outdoor environment, swimming pools, and a relaxation area.

There are two identical villas in the project - both are designed as holiday villas with several bedrooms and all the necessary amenities.

In the basement of each villa is designed a room for entertainment, in a separate part there is a fitness room with a sauna, shower, and toilet.
