Construction of the building began in mid-March 2022, and completion of the works is planned by the end of 2023.

The building consists of a basement that will have two floors (-1 and -2 where there will be garage spaces), a high ground floor and 4 floors.

There will be a total of 39 residential units in the building. The building will have two entrances with elevators, and there will be 4 apartments on each floor. There will be 10 storage rooms on the ground floor of the building.

Apartments differ in size and structure. We offer one-room apartments ranging from 50 m2 to 53 m2. All one-room apartments are located on the south facade of the building.

Two-room residential units are in the range of 60 m2 - 72 m2. Two-room apartments are located on the south facade and on the sides of the building (East-West).

As for construction and furnishing, the building is being built to a high standard and will be furnished to the highest standard.

The facade of the building will have stone wool 8 cm thick with superior thermal, hydro and sound insulation of the building.

In the stairwells there will be insulation with stone wool 8 cm thick, inside the apartments there will be additional insulation. In the living rooms, there will be large sliding walls with thermal insulating glass.

The entrance doors to the apartments will be safety "Blindo" fireproof, and the internal veneer doors will be 1st class, white.

All rooms in the apartments will have built-in LED lighting. All rooms in the apartments will be air-conditioned. The staircases will have Brač stone and stainless steel railings.

The bathrooms will have underfloor heating, high-quality ceramics (Kerlite panels measuring 2.40 m x 1.25 m), high-quality bathroom cabinets with sinks and hanging toilets with "soft-close" boards.

The shower areas will be of larger dimensions on the "walk-in" principle with glass shower cabins.

Customers can choose whether to buy an outdoor parking space or an indoor parking space - garage parking space (garage).
